Swimmers should always swim between the flags and follow closely any directions given by surf life savers.It’s just a 2 minute stroll from the Surfcomber Beachfront Apartments to the patrolled Maroochydore beach.
Enjoy a relaxing day high above the surf and sand in the Blackall range. This hinterland area provides Mapleton and the Kondalilla National Park with spectacular waterfalls and graded walking tracks.
Visitors can take a guided four wheel drive day trip or self-guided rainforest trek.The towns of Maleny and Montville have restaurants, cafes, art and crafts, and antique shopping facilities. An enjoyable experience with spectacular views.
Within a short driving distance are the Ginger Factory and Macadamia Nut Factory at Yandina, the Big Pineapple at Nambour, the Aussie World Complex which includes an Aboriginal Cultural Centre and the famous Ettamogah pub.
